An exceptional musical event will take place on the 28th of March – we will have a Benefit Concert “STOLEN CHILDHOOD” to the 75th anniversary of the Council of Europe at Strasbourg’s Palais de la Musique et des Congrès.

The centrepiece of the Strasbourg concert is Evgeni Orkin’s cantata “Daddy’s Book”. The work is based on the diary and poems of Ukrainian writer Volodymyr Vakulenko, who was tortured and killed near Izyum in 2022.

The concert is held under the patronage of Ms Marija Pejčinović Burić, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, and H.E. Mr Domenik Wanger, Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative of Liechtenstein to the Council of Europe

Within the concert, 24,000 euros were raised for equipment for the operating room of the Zaporizhzhia Hospital.

The project was organized by the Association SAU. Among the sponsors are SCAPR International association.
