About Participation in Young Artists Festival Bayreuth

YsOU will perform on August 4, 5 and 6 at the Young Artists Festival Bayreuth, Germany's oldest youth orchestra festival, which attracts bands from all over the world. An important part of the project is the close cooperation between young artists and cultural managers from around the world.

As part of the festival, YsOU participants will see the backstage of the legendary Bayreuther Festspielhaus theater and attend the dress rehearsal of the production of The Flying Dutchman as part of the famous Wagner Bayreuther Festspiele. The orchestra members will also visit the Margravial Opera House, visit workshops from the musicians of the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra, concertmaster Yuri Chizhmarovich and head of the second violin section Daniel Draganov, listen to performances by other participating orchestras and attend a master class on electronic musical instruments
